109204, situated in the Barrio of Taguilon, Municipality of Dapitan, Province of Zamboanga del
Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., points 5 to 1 by Lot 8788-G; and points 1 to 2 by
Lot 8788-A, both of the subdivision plan; on the W., points 2 to 3 by Lot 8786; and on the NW.,
points 3 to 4 by Lot 8785, both of Dapitan Public Land Subdivision and points 4 to 5 by Lot 8788-C
of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 23 deg. 37°W., 6366.05
m. B.L.L.M. No. 1, Dapitan Public Land Subdivision Pls-447.
That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php.
100,000.00) Philippine currency, to me paid in hand by ROMEO G. JALOSJOS, Filipino, of
legal ages, and a resident of Taguilon, Dapitan City, receipt of which in full is hereby
acknowledged to my full and complete satisfaction, I, VICENTE OBNIMAGA , by virtue of these
presents, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner absolute and irrevocable
unto ROMEO G. JALOSJOS, his successors and assigns the above-described property,
together with all the improvements thereon, free from any and all liens and encumbrances.

non-subdivision project, being a portion of a parcel of land described on plan SWO-
097226-000358 (AR), L.R.C. Record No. CLOA). Situated in the Barrios of Mauswagon
and Dipopor, Municipality of Godod, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island of
Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 256; on the SE., points 2 to 3 by 418;
on the SW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1407 (Road); and on the NW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 257, all
of the subd. plan.
That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php.
50,000.00) Philippine currency, to me paid in hand by SPOUSES CARLO F. JARALVE AND
DOROTHY B. JARALVE, Filipinos, of legal ages, and a resident of Lapu-lapu Cor. Echavez St.,
Estaka, Dipolog City, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged to my full and complete
satisfaction, I, JAIME S. BALLADARES by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner absolute and irrevocable unto SPOUSES CARLO F.
JARALVE AND DOROTHY B. JARALVE,, their successors and assigns the above-described
