What are Healthy Chats?
Healthy Chats are innovative conversations which quickly move
you from where you are to where you want to be. They take place
in Healthy Chat centres (and sometime on the phone or on
Skype) with trained, experienced therapists, counsellors and
coaches.
YOU as a client will have some idea of what you want as an outcome.
WE as practitioners are highly motivated and talented Human Givens
therapists, counsellors and coaches. Each one of us is dedicated to:
1. Briefness – we want you to come in, be resourced and confidently
move forward with life in as few sessions as that takes.
2. Simplicity – in the language we speak, the methods we use and the
strategies we teach
3. Respect and Non-judgement – we each believe that there are only
good, uplifting, hopeful conversations to be had

Angus
Healthy Chat, The Health Pod, 105 Murray Street, Montrose, DD10 8JQ
Monday Evenings: 5.00 – 9pm
Edinburgh
Healthy Chat, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH4
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10am – 6pm
North of Scotland:
We have pop-up Healthy Chat venues throughout the north of Scotland. If you’re not able to
travel to Aberdeen or to Dundee, please get in touch as we sometimes can see clients in other
smaller towns throughout the north and north-east.
