Occupation Description:
The Quality Manager defines the quality assurance of the organisation and also ensures that the
technical qualification of personnel meets regulatory requirements.
He/She manages the development and review of the organisation/repair station‘s quality system,
Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), Safety Management System (SMS) and training
manual, with reference to the regulatory requirements and ensures compliance.
He/She works closely with all functional departments to meet regulatory and customer
requirements while establishing business strategies to support long-term developments/demands.
The Quality Manager manages the implementation of new inspection technologies to achieve
process, reliability and productivity improvements and drives continuous improvement through the
use of process improvement tools.
