You can rent an apartment for the period, you need. Monthly rental in the overview is based on full month and +3 month.

For leases less than 3 months, all rent, consumption, services and deposit are paid at contract signing.
At signature of contract you pay a deposit of 10- 15.000 kr. Amount depending on apartment.
Water and heat are paid monthly. ELectricity is paid after consumption and there is a monthly aconto.
Final cleaning is mandatory. Rent does not included VAT nor is added VAT.
