HOW TO PREPARE HOT CAKES.

Ingredients:

 2 cups of flour.
 1/2 teaspoon salt.
 2 teaspoon baking powder.
 2 eggs.
 4 teaspoons of sugar.
 2 cups milk (approx 320 ml)
 1 or 2 teaspoons of butter.
 Vanilla extract.

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.


2. Separate the yolk from the egg and put them in a bowl.
3. Mix the yolk, sugar and milk, and add the melted butter.
4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, and beat very well until the lumps
disappear.
5. Beat the egg white until frothy and white.
6. Then add the clear beat to the mixture that was prepared previously.
7. The way to mix the clear in this step is by grabbing the spoon that is to use to mix
(preferably a wooden shovel) and the movement from the outside in, as if you
were covering the clear with the mixture and so on until go mixing everything
together
8. Heat the skillet over low-medium heat, and pour the portion you want for your
pancake. When a verse begins the bubbles, turn the pancake. And ready you can
accompany them with fruit, jam or nutella.
