1. OBJECT
This Method Statement describes the procedure of AZVI in order to ensure the proper survey works
in the structure Dzemin Do.

2. SCOPE
The scope of this methodology are execution of piers and deck for Dzemin Do concrete
works on Corridor X – Highway E 75; Section: Grdelica (Gornje Polje ) – Caricina Dolina;
LOT 6.

This Method Statement will describe the necessary steps of construction, preconditions
with respect to equipment and material for construction as well as the key requirements
as per Technical Specifications.

3. REFERENCE DOCUMENTS
All executed works will be executed according to the Technical specification of the
Contract.
Standards, normative and other regulations for the execution works are fully enlisted in
section 3.4 Construction of Embankments and this Method Statement. Other general
standards:

 Quality Plan
 HSE Plan
 ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Protection
 ISO 9001:2008 – Quality

4. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITITES
The micro-triangulation network for bridge “Dzemin Do” (LOT 6) has seven foundations for
forced centering made in concrete and design for this specific task.
The concrete elements built will be only used for survey works.
For surveying is used a Total Station “LEICA TS 15” and for leveling is used Leica DNA03
The methodology used is base in back-front readings.
For the calculation and adjustment of the adjusted coordinates, “MicroSurvey StarNet V8”
was used. The results are given at the end of this document (ANNEX 1)

5. PRECAUTIONS
With seven foundations in concrete, if any of such foundations are destroyed could be replace
and the coordinates for the new one would be obtained according this method of statement.
Using these foundations the coordinates for works will keep without changes, will be able to
replace and, even, to keep them for maintenance by Client.

Benchmarks levelling

In this second Review, we have added two new benchmarks more.

First one because has been destroyed by the fundation axe 3 excavation of Dzemin do, the new
one is called S30.
For calculate, the new coordinates of S30, the following method has been a inverse intersection
to diferents benchmarks, ajustment previusly in the first micropolygon.
And the second one is the S8, for make much better the calculations of this micropolygon .

All these calculations, has been conected with the coordinates projects of the benchmarks P86
and P89

In this third review , we have made a new benchmark levelling for checking the old levels.
The result of levelling, shows that the foundations have not changed in its values so much.
