Positive Alternatives for Pregnancy and Parenting Grant Program

• May 15, 2017: Funding opportunity posted.

• June 5, 2017: Funding opportunity closed.

• July 26, 2017: Contract sent to Life Resource Group for contract period June 30,
2017 – June 29, 2018.

• August 2, 2017: Fully executed contract between Life Resource Group (LRG)
and the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH).

• August 30, 2017: DPH meeting with LRG to review contract and develop timeline
to establish contracts with Direct Client Service Providers.

• November 18, 2017: LRG submitted list of 13 selected Direct Client Service
Providers to DPH for review.

• November 28, 2017: DPH provided letter of approval to LRG to proceed with
selected Direct Client Service Provider contracts.

• December 1, 2017: Life Resource Group reports contracts in place with 13 Direct
Client Service Providers effective December 1, 2017 through June 20, 2018
totaling $2,704,946.

• December 15, 2017: Total amount invoiced to date: $27,843.91.
