Solution Architect - Hybris

The Hybris Solution Architect will be responsible for the overall solution design and solution
implementation of Hybris for flagship B2C/B2B Commerce trading platform. This is a key
business focused, key stakeholders interaction role within the company, where designs and
decisions will be based on sound technical knowledge and commercial reasoning
Responsibilities
 As a Hybris Solution Architect you will be responsible for the end to end solution of our
Hybris implementation
 To ensure that technical design requirements are appropriately documented, and
prioritised in conjunction with the business.
 Conduct discovery workshops and explore the technical landscape.
 Create interface designs and high level solution designs based on the outcomes of
discovery workshops.
 Participate in Agile sprints and help developers understand the solution and provide
technical help if needed.
 Support the clients in developing their strategic roadmap to identify opportunities for
improved business performance and to extract maximum value from investments.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
 A minimum of 10 years enterprise software development and architecture of which at
least past 2 years shall be as Hybris Technical Lead or Architect
 Should have worked on at least 2-3 end to end implementations of Hybris commerce
projects as Lead or Architect.
 Experience of Hybris effort estimation for creating extensions is desired.
 Experience of conducting discovery phases and technical/digital strategy workshops to
explore technical and solution requirements.
 Experience with managing technical software projects with good understanding of the
business processes.
 Candidate shall have experience in working in Agile environment.
 Thorough understanding of software engineering practices and methodologies.
The right candidate will demonstrate deep working knowledge of:
 Hybris platform with focus on Hybris B2C and/or B2B Commerce
 Hybris Commerce Accelerators
 Spring, Hibernate and other few J2EE technologies/frameworks.
 Knowledge of Hybris Order Management and Hybris Data Hub is desired but not
essential.
 X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and SQL
 Oracle or MySQL or MS SQL Server
 Retail domain experience is an added advantage.

Areas of experience
 Strong experience with SAP Logistics
 Supply Chain Flows Harmonization Workstream Lead
 SAP ECC SD/LE/WM expert
 7 years' experience minimum
 Strong knowledge on intercompany process and integration with Finance
 Able to translate reporting requirements to inventory KPIs in different tools (SAP BW
reporting knowledge desired)
 Strong facilitation skills and able to work with the business (BPOs, LPCs, etc) and
technical teams (SAP Architects, non-SAP architects, Business Analysts, Data Migration teams,
interfacing, etc)
 SAP solutions in the Supply Chain/Logistics/WM/EWM/Batch Traceability/Integration to
3PLs/Tolling
 Excellent communication and business facing skills
 English mandatory
 Travel required in Western Europe

My Client a leading International SAP SI, requires a SAP IBP ( Integrated Business Planning )
Consultant. As part of the team you will work on a new greenfield client project to help deliver this
supply chain planning solution, IBP.
You are Required:
 Project experience of at least one SAP IBP project.
 Extensive SAP APO project delivery experience.
 Established project career within SCM.
 ECC6 module experience.
 Ability to develop technical and functional specifications.
 Consultative approach, eg identify what is required/suggest best solution.
 Strong Client facing skills.
