4. Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan daripada myINSPIRE untuk
penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan
menggunakan saiz fon 12 Times New Roman dan langkau baris 1.5. / Download the language
version of the assignment template concerned from the myINSPIRE for preparation and
submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New
Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.

5. Tugasan anda hendaklah antara 2500 hingga 3000 patah perkataan tidak termasuk rujukan.
Bilangan perkataan hendaklah ditunjukkan di hujung tugasan anda. Jangan menyalin soalan dan
arahan tugasan dalam jawapan anda. / Your assignment should be between 2500 to 3000 words

6. Anda dikehendaki menghantar tugasan SECARA ONLINE melalui myINSPIRE. Sila rujuk kepada
portal untuk arahan mengenai prosedur menghantar tugasan anda secara online. Anda
dinasihatkan menyimpan senaskah tugasan yang diserahkan untuk rujukan sendiri. / You must

Instructional Technology is the theory and practice of design, development, utilization,


management, and evaluation of processes and resources for learning. ... The words
Instructional Technology in the definition mean a discipline devoted to techniques or
ways to make learning more efficient based on theory but theory in its broadest sense,
not just scientific theory (Seels & Richey, 1994).

Discuss the role of Instructional Technology as an enabler of effective teaching and


learning.

Identify the core elements in the definition of Instructional Technology by Seels &
Richey (1994) and discuss how these elements “enable” or facilitate effective teaching
and learning. You can focus your discussion on the teaching and learning activities in a
formal and informal environment. Formal environment may take place in the
classroom where teachers facilitate the learning process while informal environment
may take place at home.

1. Explanation of the meaning of Instructional Technology as an enabler of effective
teaching and learning. Focus on the elements highlighted in the definition by Seels
& Richey, 1994.
2. Discussion of the role of Instructional Technology focusing on the use of ICT in
facilitating the way teachers teach and the way students learn within and outside
the classroom.
3. Discussion of the relationship between instructional technology and the guiding
principles of learning emphasising on sound pedagogy taking into consideration
the different needs of learners.
4. Discussion on the linkage between theory and practice in ensuring effective
teaching and learning take place in a conducive environment aided by ICT devices
and applications.

Teknologi Instruksional adalah teori dan amalan tentang reka bentuk, pembangunan,
penggunaan, pengurusan, dan penilaian proses dan resos pembelajaran. ... Istilah
Teknologi Instruksional dalam definisi ini bermakna satu-satu disiplin yang menekankan
teknik atau cara untuk membolehkan pembelajaran lebih berkesan berdasarkan teori
tetapi teori dalam makna yang luas, bukan sahaja teori saintifik (Seels & Richey, 1994).

Bincangkan peranan Teknologi Instruksional sebagai penjana pengajaran dan


pembelajaran yang berkesan.

Mengenal pasti unsur-unsur utama dalam definisi Teknologi Instruksional oleh Seels &
Richey (1994) dan bincangkan bagaimana unsur-unsur ini membantu atau memudahkan
pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berkesan. Sila memberi fokus perbincangan anda
kepada aktiviti-aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam persekitaran formal dan
tidak formal. Persekitaran formal boleh berlaku dalam bilik darjah di mana guru

4. Perbincangan tentang perhubungan di antara teori dan amalan dalam memastikan
pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berkesan berlaku dalam persekitaran yang
kondusif yang dibantu oleh peranti ICT dan aplikasi.
