Financial Q&A
Q) When will I receive my last paycheck?

A. For your regular pay, you will receive your last paycheck on our regular payroll schedule
(15th and last day of the month) on or following your last day of work. If you are eligible for
any additional compensation, please see the details of that agreement for payment terms.

Q) Will I get paid out for my accrued and unused PTO?

A. Per company policy, we do not pay out PTO.

Q) Will my deductions and withholdings change on last paycheck?

A. All of your current withholdings and deductions will continue through your last day. If
you end in the first half of the month, you will be double-deducted for the cost of your
elected health benefits. If you are eligible to receive payments beyond your last day, you
will only have statutory benefits and income tax deducted.

If you would like to change your withholdings for any upcoming paychecks from Ipreo, you
must complete a new W-4 form and return it to payroll@ipreo.com.

Q) What about Direct Deposit?

A. We will continue the same Direct Deposit set up unless you notify us otherwise. Please
send any change request to payroll@ipreo.com.

Q) What if I change my home address?

A. Please contact HR@ipreo.com with your new address. We will update all our records and
will send your W-2 to this location.

Benefits Q&A

Q) When will my benefits coverage end?

A. Your current health benefits (medical, dental, vision) at the current rate, will end the
last day of the month that you end employment at Ipreo. For example if your end date is
11/15, your health benefits will end 11/30. If you want to continue your health benefits past
this date, you may elect COBRA, which will continue your same elections at the full premium
rate for 18 months. If you are eligible and wish to continue benefits into the following year,
we will provide information on those plans and process during our annual benefits
enrollment in November. A COBRA package will be sent to your home address after
termination with more information.

Q) Are my dependents eligible for COBRA as well?

A. Yes, your dependents are eligible for COBRA.

Q) Does my Dental and Vision insurance work the same way?

A. Yes, the same COBRA benefits apply to both your Dental and Vision insurance.

Q) Does my Basic Group Life Insurance work the same way?

A. No, you can choose to convert your Group Life policy over to an individual Life Insurance
Policy upon termination of employment.

Q) How does my Basic Group Life Insurance conversion privilege work?

A. If your Group Life Insurance policy ceases due to termination of employment or
membership in any of this policy’s classes, an individual Life Insurance policy may be
issued. You are entitled to an individual policy without disability or supplemental
benefits. All premiums must now be paid by you. The policy amount will not be for more
than the current amount, and evidence of insurability is not required.

Q) Does my Supplement Life have a conversion privilege?

A. Your Supplemental Life policy is convertible just like your Basic Group Life.

Q) Does my Supplemental Long-Term Disability coverage have a conversion privilege?

A. Yes, you can take your Supplemental Long-Term Disability coverage with you at the
same premium rate.

Q) Can I take my FSA funds with me?

A. No, since those funds are contributed by Ipreo, you cannot take them with you. You can
however use your accumulated funds if you choose to enroll in COBRA; with an
additional 2% administration fee.
Q) What will happen to my 401(k)?
A. You and company’s contribution and vesting will end with your last paycheck. For
example, if you have a 3 year vesting schedule and have completed 4 years before your
end date, you will receive 100% of the company match for the 4 years you worked. If
you have completed 2 years with Ipreo, you will take 100% of your contributions, but 0%
of Ipreo’s contributions. Once your employment ends, you may leave your funds in the
account until you are ready to move them. We advise that you transfer the funds to
another retirement account, such as an IRA or another 401(k) plan. To transfer funds,
you need to work with Wells Fargo directly. Please see the financial advisor for further
guidance.

Q) What will happen to my Gym Membership?

A. Your gym membership will be cancelled automatically at the end of the month following
your last day. If you would like to cancel earlier, please notify your local HR. Your gym
membership will end at the last day of the month following your cancellation request.
To obtain an individual membership, you must contact your local gym directly.

Q) What about my TransitChek?

A. Your Transitchek account is deactivated on your last day of employment. You will have
one month following the end of your employment to use any remaining funds. Any pre-
tax funds left on your account after the first month are forfeited based by IRS rules and
regulations. Please call Transitchek at 866-410-2435 if you have any questions or need
assistance
