Dear Sir,
With ref to the above letter we have not received any response from your side regarding the
adjustment of arrears appearing in the monthly bill of consumer number 215729009400 and regarding the
change of name of the consumer number.
It is pertinent to mention here that, arrears appearing in the monthly bills are pertaining to
erstwhile Dabhol Power Company (DPC) prior to 5th Oct' 2005. RGPPL had taken over the asset of
erstwhile Dabho1 Power company on 5th Oct' 2005, which were absolutely free and clear of all
encumbrances, dues and claims with respect to the period up to the date of delivery of possession vide
hon'ble Mumbai high court order against civil suit no 1116 of2005 on 05th October 2005.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to clear the arrears from monthly bill of said consumer
number and change the consumer name thereof.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to above mentioned references latest our letter of dated 17.09.12 and subsequent
various discussions with our representative at your office regarding adjustment of arrears appearing in
monthly bills for aforesaid consumers. We have not listen any concrete in this regard so far.

It is pertinent to mention here, arrears appearing in the monthly bills are pertain to erstwhile Dabhol
Power Company (DPC) prior to 5th Oct'05. RGPPLhad taken over the asset of erstwhile Dabhol Power
company on 5th Oct'O'i, which were absolutely free and clear of all encumbrances and all dues and claim
with respect to the period up to the date of delivery of possession vide hon'ble Mumbai high court order
against civil suit no 1116 of 2005.

Therefore, you are kindly requested to clear the arrears from monthly bill of said consumers which is one
of the mandatory condition for change of consumer name to comply the audit query.
