We are a family restaurant and want you to feel at

home. Paulette welcomes your special requests.
Paulette’s Country Kitchen was established in 1989 in a little spot
next to the then Longs Drug Store. After working at restaurants
that wouldn’t make substitutions Paulette decided to open her own
restaurant with the motto, “We welcome your special requests.” If
we have the ingredients we will try to make it for you. Because of
our loyal customers we out grew that first little spot and bought the
Sacramento Savings building in 1996. After extensive remodeling
it was turned into a cozy restaurant with double the size and com-
plete with a welcoming fireplace.
Paulette makes all the breakfast and lunch specials, soups, chili
beans and desserts from scratch daily. So if you don’t see her,
she’s in the back baking.
