Project Proposal Document (PPD) contains 7 parts (PPD I to PPD VII) that

includes technical and financial aspects of the proposal along with the bio-data of
mentor and PI and community certificate.
PPD-I, II & III are to be filled online.
PPD-IV, V, VI & VII have to be uploaded in Word and PDF format (doc to PDF
converter are available as freeware on the Internet). Size of each upload i.e. PPD
IV to VII, individually should not exceed 2MB.
It would be useful to first prepare PPD-IV to VII (PPDs to be uploaded) which
enable to fill online PPDs (i.e. PPD-I, II & III) in easy and time bound manner.
Before submission make sure that everything is correct and in order. You will
not be allowed to edit the contents after submission.
You need to click on "Print And Submit" button for final submission. Please
make sure that the printer is connected so that you can take the print of PPD for
your own record.
It may be useful to take a printout of these Instructions as a ready
reference before you start.
