1 Construction Issues
1.1 Dhahran Bulk Plant
GCC informed SAPMT that foam system pumps and relief valves
1.1.3 were sent back to Dhahran.They must be formally retutned to 14-Sep-11 INFO
Operations.
Pump G-0961A/B has a product and lube oil leak. Aramco and
1.1.8 GCC are coordinatiing with Flowserve to resolve it. The ETA for 11-Oct-11 SAPMT
mechanical seal must be followed up.
GCC informed SAPMT that spare filters and other consumables for
1.1.9 HVAC must be brought by Aramco from Zamil.To be double 11-Oct-11 SAPMT
checked whose scope covers providing the consumables.

GCC raised the issue regarding the mismatched between the filter

GCC is sourcing out for vendor, however, TBN 3 must be signed.
GCC and SAPMT discussed the works to be done prior to four hour
motor run test. The run test will not be done unless issues such as 15-Nov-11

relays coordination settings and study,multilin settings and other
engineering matters was resolved.
SAPMT handed over the CD of 12" line Surge Relief Line IFC. GCC
will study the workability but informed SAPMT that they will start
1.3.1 after the apporval of change order.GCC asked for assistance from 14-Sep-11 INFO
SAPMT to check from their stock for materials as another option
to minimize time of the procurement process.
