1 Construction Issues
1.1 Dhahran Bulk Plant

The vendor of the actuator for EIV valve in Dhahran

1.1.1 recommended to support the actuator. GCC advised SAPMT that it 14-Sep-11 SAPMT
will be an extra work. There is no final decision yet.

GCC followed up regarding the instruction of SAPMT where to

deliver the excess Aramco materials.

GCC informed SAPMT that foam system pumps and relief valves
1.1.3 were sent back to Dhahran.They must be formally retutned to 14-Sep-11 INFO

GCC informed SAPMT regarding the workability issue in removing

1.1.4 the dead leg. GCC asked SAPMT to issue the required drawing for 14-Sep-11 SAPMT/GCC
new foundation which is required prior to removing the dead leg.

The sight glass for Pump A were installed.

The delivery date of sight glass for Pump B needs to be followed
up.
1.1.5 The SS spool for TCV is copleted. Needs gate pass to bring to 15-Nov-11 GCC/SAPMT
Halliburton for lube oil flushing.ETC is 10 days

The new ETC of destaging pum X14-G-100A is November 30, 2011

The fireproofing or structural frames of sprinkler system is still

disputed on scope of work.

GCC asked for the complete details and drawings to be able to

quote for the installation of sunshade for foam water skid.

Pump G-0961A/B has a product and lube oil leak. Aramco and
1.1.8 GCC are coordinatiing with Flowserve to resolve it. The ETA for 11-Oct-11 SAPMT
mechanical seal must be followed up.

GCC informed SAPMT that spare filters and other consumables for
1.1.9 HVAC must be brought by Aramco from Zamil.To be double 11-Oct-11 SAPMT
checked whose scope covers providing the consumables.

for MOV-10131 connection to the tank farm. The tag for jump

GCC asked permission to by-pass ESD system to terminate the fire

Operations asked for platform to make the newly installed

1.1.12 actuators accessible. GCC will be willing to install if SAPMT 15-Nov-11 INFO
instructed them and will be considered as change order.

GCC informed that the actuator of X14-ZV-2212 was sent to

1.1.13 SAECO for repair. SAPMT and Operations requested GCCfor 15-Nov-11 GCC
contact details of SAECO.

Operations raised a concern regarding the leak on the welding

boss of the strainer line of pump-G-0961B. GCC will send QC

personnel to investigate and to inform the result of investigation
to have an appropriate action.

1.2 Khurais Pump Station 2

GCC raised the issue regarding the mismatched between the filter
1.2.1 flange which is Class 150 and the suction line which is Class 600. 14-Sep-11 INFO
GCC is sourcing out for vendor, however, TBN 3 must be signed.

GCC and SAPMT discussed the works to be done prior to four hour
motor run test. The run test will not be done unless issues such as 15-Nov-11

relays coordination settings and study,multilin settings and other
engineering matters was resolved.

1.3 Riyadh Bulk Plant/Tank Farm

SAPMT handed over the CD of 12" line Surge Relief Line IFC. GCC
will study the workability but informed SAPMT that they will start
1.3.1 after the apporval of change order.GCC asked for assistance from 14-Sep-11 INFO
SAPMT to check from their stock for materials as another option
to minimize time of the procurement process.

stand by cost shall be compensated by SAPMT.

GCC is following up approval of the proposed drawing related to

road sign and marking for chemical trucks.

1.5 Abqaiq GOSP 5

GCC asked SAPMT for the approval of the work procedure in
removing the base plates of relocated pumps and motors. They

GCC asked SAPMT for the availability of PDD cable crew for

GCC informed SAPMT regarding the conflict of data between Data

2.5 sheet and NMR for Surge Relief Valve in Riyadh Tank Farm. GCC
asked formal instruction where to comply among the two data.

GCC informed SAPMT regarding the energization packages that

needs to be signed. It was agreed that GCC will first approach the
2.6 concerned personnel and will be assisted by SAPMT if there is a
need.

3 Change Order
SAPMT informed GCC that they will be notified for the schedule of

COR # 3 is negotiated and GCC is waiting for the copy of contract

SAPMT informed GCC to clear the issued NCR. GCC is directly
