So that should be 40% of the ground and 60% should be open

-mizaning will used for restaurant with bar ,kitchen…

First floor – can be rooms, office or other functioning as u like second - fifth floor – all room

- 7 rooms for each floor

- 25-30 rooms for the whole building
- And 80% of the rooms should be for regular use
- 20% for vacation , occasional use
- No kitchen inside the rooms

Roof – terrace (must) and other function if needed
