Note:  

a. For Gaming Studio Providers, the Permit to Possess (“PTP”) is USD100,000.00 valid for three (3) years and renewable thereafter every 
three (3) years at the same rate.  
b. Offshore gaming operators in possession of their own gaming studio/s shall be required to show proof of ownership and to apply for a 
Permit to Possess for a fee of USD2,000.00 per table. In the event that the operator installs additional gaming tables in its studio during 
the term of the Permit to Possess, the operator shall pay the corresponding fee of USD2,000.00 for each additional table payable prior 
to installation of such tables.  
c. Service Providers are to be classified and charged according to the type of service that they conduct on per venue basis.  
d. Local  Agent  is  only  for  representation  of  the  Offshore  Company.  Any  other  activity  performed  by  the  Local  Agent  in  relation  to  the 
Offshore Gaming operation shall be charged accordingly.
