 EMDAT/CLINIC 360/eS RH FACTORIZATION POLICY

Purpose
In view of some of the challenges noted on the EMDAT/clinic 360/eS RH platform, which hinders MLS
from meeting company-expected minimum LPH, the company has addressed this concern by way of
introducing a line count factor for all lines processed on EMDAT/clinic 360/eS RH.

Factor
A line count factor of 1.25 will be applied for all lines processed on EMDAT/clinic 360/eS RH.

Important to note that no two factors will be applicable for any line; i.e., if the dictation falls under the
“partials” group, then only the factor applicable to “partials” will be applied and similarly if the account
or WT falls under the “difficult account” list, the higher of the two factors will apply and not more than
one factor. For all lines on EMDAT/clinic 360/eS RH that do not come under the “partial or difficult
dictator” category, a factor of 1.25 will be applied.

Example:
MLS XXX processes 1000 lines and there are no dictations that come under partial or difficult speaker
category. The MLS will have the EMDAT factor of 1.25 applied, therefore reflecting total lines processed
as 1250.

MLS XXX processes 1000 lines in total and 200 lines come under the “partial” dictation category. Partial
factor of 1.4 will be applied for the 200 lines and EMDAT factor of 1.25 will be applied for all other lines.

Total lines processed = 1000

Lines under partial = 200

Partial factor for 200 lines = 200 * 1.4 = 280

EMDAT factor for 800 lines = 800 * 1.25 = 1000

Total lines reflected - 1280

Duration of policy
The new factor will be applicable for a period of 6 months after which the policy will be reviewed.
