3. Students are asked to discuss in pairs and create a mind map of what they are going to talk about in the letter.
4. Teacher asks the students to write up the letter in pairs.

Activity (ies):
1. Study the notes on the grammar items (phrasal verbs) and complete Task 1&2 given (page 108).
2. In pairs or groups, list out other phrasal verbs (Worksheet 1).
3. Do a gallery walk and get other groups to check whether the phrasal verbs are valid. The group with the most phrasal verbs is given rewards.
4. Read the notes on preposition of direction individually and complete task 1 (page 109)
5. In pairs or groups, complete task 2.
6. Discuss the answers between pairs.
7. Discuss and justify the answers during the class discussion.
