定期检查电器设备,严格执行操作规程,使之处于良好状态。

 电器设备安装、维修、管理由工程部负责安排,不准他人私自安装电器设备。

任何进入酒店的来访人员必须进行详细的登记,并经过身份确认后方可进入酒店。

 巡视岗人员在方便的情况下为来访宾客指引被访客人的准确位置。

1.1 每月检查消防控制室工作环境以及火灾报警控制器、联动控制器、楼层显示屏、探测器、手动报警按

钮等是否处于正常状态。

2.2 每月手动启动电动消防泵,并模拟自动控制条件进行自动启动消防*,进行主、备*切换功能试验。

3.1 每月检查消防泵房的工作环境、消防泵、稳压设备、电源控制柜、管网、阀门、水泵接合器、室内外

消火栓、储水设施等是否处于完好状态。每月手动启动电动消防泵,并模拟自动控制条件进行自动启

动消防泵,进行主、备泵切换功能试验。

4、防排烟系统(smoke control system)

4.1 每月检查送风、排烟机房的工作环境、送风机、排烟机、电源控制柜、送风口、排烟口、防火阀是否

处于正常完好状态。

4.5 每半年通过消防控制室进行联动,检查送风机、排烟机、防火阀等动作及反馈信号是否正常。

 酒店凡在新、改、扩建工程中需用的化学危险品(外包装上都有明显标志)
,都必须控制采购总量 ,

原则上当天用多少购多少。

 对因突发病死亡人员,先检查人员是否还活着,如未死亡应赶快通知所在部门经理,同时通知就近医

院或急救中心进行抢救;如确定死亡的,通知所在部门经理,并同时请医院医务人员检验死亡原因,

 对一般纠纷,保安部可出面进行调解;对于较严重的事件,要立即通知保安部经理到场;对重大违法

案情,保安部经理要立即通知总经理和公安部门。
