Front Office Department = FO
Uniformed Services Department = US
Food & Beverage Service Department = FBS
Food & Beverage Kitchen Department = FBK
Housekeeping Department = HK
Engineering + IT Department = EN
Sales & Marketing Department = SM
Human Resources + FL (+ Security in smaller brands) = HR
Finance Department = FI
Spa Department = SPA
Security (does not apply to all Brands as its own Department) = SC

Example:
Executive Office : D01-EO-SOP-XXXX Gate Pass Handling
Uniformed Services : D33-US-SOP-XXXX Airport Representative

Food & Beverage Service : D04-FBS-SOP-002 Dara Serene Breakfast Service

XX: Code of DHR Property

XX: Code of the Department

XX: Type of Document/Report etc.

XX: Code of specific Procedure

Topic: Title of the Standard/Procedure/Policy

02. Coding & Indexing of DHR Corporate Documents:

Coding for DHR Corporate Office documents remains in the same pattern using DHR as the beginning
letters, followed by the Department initials and the type of document, ended by the code and the
topic:
