Emotional healing

Emotional healing is required when you hold on to memories or feelings that still cause you pain.
Finding a way to make peace with past pain and grievances enables you to heal.

The quality of my life depend on my emotional state. How to respond to an experience.

Emotion

They are design to help us to survive; they guide us to take action.

How you think impacts how you feel. So, use the brain to consider which actions makes you happy.

Being a human being means that we make mistakes, but how to deal with them is better. Think how the
emotion can trigger actions.

Happiness is a decision. Experiencing happiness just by talking about it.

You may not control the situation, but you definitely can change your perspective (fell and think) about
it.

EMOTION: is compose of congnitive and a physiology.

What influence our emotional responses: my own expectations and social values.

Try to acknowledge and fell the emotion instead of just disguised it.

Identify the situation;;;; then name the emotion;;;; and consider what actions can reduce that
uncomfortable situation.

Find the source of the emotional and physical disturbance.

Anxiety-reducing techniques involving breath and visualization.
