 Generate baseline and continuing
information on local government
compliance to the full Disclosure Policy and
to other laws, policies, rules and
regulations;
 Link compliance information to national or
local government actions and decisions to
promote the value of accountability and
transparency;
 Prepare national compliance report on local
government compliance to the Full
Disclosure Policy and to others laws;
 Establish and maintain a national database
on local government compliance to the Full
Disclosure Policy and to other laws policies,
rules and regulations;
 Provide expert advice to the DILG Regional
Offices in the monitoring or tracking of local
government compliance to the Full
Disclosure Policy and to other laws, policies,
rules and regulations;
 Coordinate cross-regional efforts in
furtherance of the Supreme Court decision
relative to the cleanup, rehabilitation and
preservation of Manila Bay; and
 Perform other tasks as assigned
