10.Area of Specialization (Upto 100 words)

 I did my Ph.D in the Structure and Morpho tectonics along

Alaknanda valley around Srinagar Garhwal and established a
new set up of the structure and Neotectonic and Morphotectonic
standard for the research, during my service as Asstt Prof/
Lecture in HNBG University Srinagar Garhwal. Given various field
training to P.G Students in Garhwal on Detail geological mapping
in Himalayan region and completed two Project of Deptt of
Environment GOI , on Springs, Ecodevelopment Project of GOI, on
Dudhatoli Region in Uttarakhand and UGC Project on Tectonics,
and the U.P. Govt Project on Economic mineral Survey.

In Dr.Hari Singh Gour University. Sagar I had Discovered the

Helium gas, &Petroleum Gas in Vindhyan Rocks around
Sagar.
First time Reported the PHYSA Fossil from Intertrappean
limestone Approx. 62-65 m.y. in Chhirari village Banda
Area Sagar Disatrict.
  Reported first time the occurrence of Recumbent fold in
Upper Rewa Rocks in Vindhyan Super Group.

14. Your Vision for the University (upto 500 Words)

Future Plan as Vice Chancellor :

As a Vice-Chacfellor, I would like to provide a good healthy academic and Research
environment to all students, Faculty members and Research scholars. All the
researchers have to be encouraged for the innovative research work, so they may get
the Patents on their Research finding and compete with International arena. Students
and Research scholars have to be provided good healthy and academic environment,
so. they can improve their level of understanding and develop the competitive
temperament, after their studies.
The more emphasis to be given on the practical and field trainings, wherever
necessary. The students of Engineering and Technology , Science and Pharmaceutical
sciences, Commerce & Management have to be provided good technical training in
the Institute of International repute and companies etc, So they can learn more
practical difficulties of the Project and their solutions within a short period of time limit.
In the University and affiliated colleges the Ragging environment to be strictly
-prohibited, So the new comers will not be harassed and depressed as per the guide
line of the UGC and MHRD. The Security of the girls in the campus, Deptt and hostels
will be strictly on the top priority.
As per the Reservation policy of Govt. of India, will be taken care in the I.I.T in all
respect in Admission and recruitment etc. I will try to protect the University from the
Casteism, racism, and regionalism etc.
In the University an Inter University / Institution collaborations in India and Foreign
University have to be promoted in the benefit of the faculty and students. During my
tenure, I will prefer to adopt some the rural villages in nearby University area for the
Socio Economic and Environmental development.

repute, which have high impact factors should be encouraged and the research project
have to be strengthen. Plagiarism have to be control to avoid duplicity and fraud in
research.
In the University a maximum number of National and International Conference have
to be organized and the Proceeding/ Conference volume have to be published within a
short period of time to achieve the global standard of the University. I will try to bring
the University in top Ten best University / Institutions of India and world.
