Bros, cost of materials are crazily high but the issue is the cost of produce are crazily high too. Laborers,

I'm happy people are making research.

Sir, we discussed evaporating cooling and we analyzed different ways of achieving it in our last seminar.
In fact, it was a member who I invited that analyzed it. Also, he told us of local materials which he has
put together to achieve this.

And then, I brought in Mr. Lukmon who spoke about using solar to power it.

I love the fog and mist. I have explored it and we are adopting it too.

In fact, this paper is exactly our approach.

In one of the seminars I piloted, I told them we are using two nets. And shading is the purpose of one of
the nets.

Again the mesh of our net is within the range giving in the research paper.

In addition, I alway mention light, rays etc. In fact, the mulch we will use and the net we are using are in
accordance with the suggestion given.

Anyone who is a photo-electeonic or optics experts understands what im.saying and it's in the research
paper too.

This is pure physics (optics). I habe used thermodynamics too to make some analysis.

Thasks for this paper. It is a general research paper full of good suggestions. It's now left for the reader
to make deeper research to suit it's own environment which I have done thoroughly

When I say treat the soil. Ask Dee way Farm...we treated the soil, I was on top of the crazy thrips,
aphids, white files that gave me serious headache on my farm.

And every 3 days we get to farm, they all shout that these cucumbers are flying crazily

It's about everything I have taught in VCF when I was still there.

In short, this research paper is the summary of everything I have been longing for. It's contradicts all

1. We always propose start small, grow big but how small. Breakeven Analysis is what I use. And I
consider political and economical factors. In VCF, I was able to show you that the smallest open field to
make good profit is 1 acre. However, you see people trying to use watering can on just 1/2 plot in the
name of starting small, growing big. How many of such people are successful? They say farmers are poor
but not, it's only a foolish farmer that is poor

2. The same reason in 1 above moved Mr. Lukmon to advised against 1 hectare of farm. You travel to the
bush to do just one hectare for 14 people. What kind of project is that in the name of start small, grow
big?

It's not our fault but it's what selfish people who ate interested in their pocket gave people before us.
However, we are smart and not stupid.

3. Sirs/mas, we then agreed we need to key into rain fed to avoid irrigation expenses, else, it's next year.
So, the issue of saving is out of it. We must drop substantial cash to finance good hectares of land

4. Sir, Pastor Akinde then said if all equipment and materials are around, we need N350,000 for every
hectare of rice.

5. Sir, @Patdozie is it not after you asked how many people can put in N35,000? With N35,000 and 10
people out of 14 that attended, that is just one hectare of rice which we said it's not worth it

6, @Patdozie, Sir, how many people responded positively?

7. If 14 people gather and they can't finance 1 hectare, we have serious problem in this country. We are
poor. It's simple

Later went for lower capacity than I recommended and I was watching and he was full of comments

He installed it all. I Saw The Water Was Not With Force But I Kept silent.

But now, it's N5,000 and it will climb to N7,5000 or even N8,000 soon yet we want to install our farms

Serious, it's why I don't try to assist. It's why I don't consult. Cos, you have given your recommendation
which they clearly understood before commencement of the project.

Now, it's hard to collect all the cash for the business from them cos most of them want to monitor it like
one is going to cheat them. Which is ok

But they start bringing in crazy ideas that won't work in the name of cutting costs
Bring ideas but when I say it won't work, let it slide. but I tell them it won't work and they keep forcing it.
If I see the idea will work, or might work, or I haven't tried it before, yes, I will allow it cos I love new
things too. but an idea I have used and didn't work and I told u plainly that it won't work but cos sellers
in Alaba want to sell to u and gave u wrong info, you are on your own.

Anyway, it's just 2 days to the deadline. And I am going to wish whoever did not make it best of luck.

So, we have got some investments on mushroom and I was at the farm to clear the land we are using

As everyone is aware I have stepped down from GoGreen, I'm stepping up the game here and other
international projects I'm getting into.

First, I have cultured the mushroom fungi.

I'm did Oyster and Milky varieties. I'm extending it to Button.

Challenges:

I spent over N150,000 to get materials ready for the lab. And just one natural agent there was fake. It
destroyed the whole process last week. I had to do it all over. And I had to import all the agents so I get
clean and undiluted ones.

Yesterday at exactly 15 minutes to 12 am midnight, I cultured the fungi again.

Also, for those in pepper, I have employed a farm care-taker. He's my colleague. You will soon get
reports from my farm about pepper.
@Patdozie and Ologolo. Thanks for investing in it.

It's the first stage. I'm walking you through a process of its cultivation. You aren't investing just to get
cash only but to gain knowledge you will pay so much for.

like I said, I'm paying a consultant too who is going to assist when we are doing sawdust/rice straw
substrate as its such a full loaded work I need assistance but so far, it's just my work ONLY you are
seeing with just few consultation from a personal friend in tissue culture business.

It's what anyone who is ready to work and learn can do. No one will ever show you the act as they want
you consult them.

To set up a tissue culture lab you need so expensive equipment. And some agents. There as sI many
fake products out there. It's nasty. Importers are crazy. I had to import myself after wasting cash on the

The only issue is that good literature are from the western world and they use equipment we look as
expensive here. For example, good auto clave for sterilizing is over $1,000 (small scale)

So, you will need to find a way to know what local materials you can use to substitute and how to use it.

It's why I spend so much while trying new things.

But as soon as I get it, that's it
And at times, after trying out substitudes, I just end up ordering the real things cos that's the way out.

For example, I went for $3,000 on field plant tissue equipmemt. I can give u the link of that equipment to
show you a no dey tell lies.

These are equipment to make u efficient but here, it's expensive and we remain not efficient. ☹️

So, most people always say....do not be Internet farmer. Why won't you be Internet farmer?

That's where u get the real piece of meat. I read Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Oxford, etc papers to update
myself.

And I know how to reach out to Hawaii, Florida, Caribbean, Thailand for tropical farming.
