We conducted an inspection yesterday August 23, 2016 at 4 th Floor KTV Area to determine
what rooms are ready for turnover and rooms which needed more rectification and repair. The
following punchlist at rooms are:
Unit 1 = accepted except rectification of soffit at aircon.
Unit 2,3,4,5,6,12,20,26,27,28,29,30,31,35 = accepted without punchlist
Unit 7 = accepted except rectification of hole at soffit area
Unit 8,9,10,11,13,14,15 = rectify termination of hardieflex (not fixed properly to the
concrete).
Unit 16 = rectify hole @ soffit of aircon, replace the hardieflex that was removed to the
wall.
Unit 17, 18,19 = accepted except rectification of aircon hole and finishhing of drain pipe.
Unit 21 = accepted except rectification of aircon hole
Unit 22 = aircon not yet finish based on their submitted letter
Unit 23 = rectify soffit wall near sprinkler and finishing of drain pipe of aircon
Unit 24 = accepted except rectification of soffit wall near door
Unit 25 = accepted; adjust pipe of plumbing at ceiling
Unit 32 = finishing of drain pipe of aircon, remove pipe at wall by ducting, rectify wall
Unit 33 = rectify walls and soffit area, rectify plastering at cement wall at aircon
Unit 34 = rectify finish at wall
Rectification of soffit area at all hallway (not aligned)
