try and re-enact the Babylonian captivity (those
of you that know how old the U.N. is, you know
what I am talking about). But God has come to

You’re seeing at least 40-42. This is also
the period that you’re seeing Luke 21 and Mat-
thew 24 all being brought into manifestation.

What was the last U.N. Resolution that was

Isaiah 19:19-25 is being enacted on a higher
level today in this place.

19 In that day there will be an altar to the
Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a
pillar to the Lord at its border.
20 And it will be a sign and a witness to
the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt; for
they will cry to the Lord because of oppressors,
and He will send them a savior, even a mighty
one, and he will deliver them.
21 And the Lord will make Himself
known to Egypt, and the Egyptians will know
(have knowledge of, be acquainted with, give
heed to, and cherish) the Lord in that day and
will worship with sacri ces of animal and
vegetable offerings; they will vow a vow to the
Lord and perform it.
22 And the Lord shall smite Egypt, smit-
ing and healing it; and they will return to the
Lord, and He will listen to their entreaties and
heal them.
23 In that day shall there be a highway out
of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will come

It’s not about land. It’s about a particular altar.
We want to pray that God’s counsel over
Jerusalem and over Israel will stand.

If you look at all the resolutions passed by the
United Nations, the total, about 90%, without
exaggeration at least 70% is just about one na-
tion. At the end of the day what is so important
about that? Because whoever possesses the
gates possesses anything that you are trying to
possess.
Eze 26:1-3 KJV
(1) And it came to pass in the eleventh
year, in the rst day of the month, that the word
of the LORD came unto me, saying,
(2) Son of man, because that Tyrus hath
said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken
that was the gates of the people: she is turned
unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid

Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will
cause many nations to come up against thee, as
the sea causeth his waves to come up.
Verse 2, speci cally says Jerusalem is the
gates of the people. In fact, change the version
so that you can see it’s the gate of the nations.
NIV “Son of man, because Tyre has said
of Jerusalem, ‘Aha! The gate to the nations is
broken, and its doors have swung open to me;
now that she lies in ruins I will prosper,’
The Fight over Jerusalem is a ght over
who possesses the gate to the nations. That is
actually the purpose. That’s why people want
Jerusalem destroyed.
I was privileged to be one of 200 people
meeting in Stellenbosch in South Africa, for
those of you that know South Africa. Leaders
from all over Africa with some of the members
of the Knesset and Rabbi Elon, who was then
at some point the minister for tourism. I was
privileged to give them a copy of my book on
altars, and there I talked of the fact that, the
reason why there is a ght in Jerusalem is not
over land. That’s why no matter how much land
is given, it will not stop. It’s about an altar. It’s
that altar because the altar is the gate and that
is the main thing they are after. This is because
it is after they have that, then the issue of ruins
will come.
So we want to pray that until God’s ap-
pointed time, nobody will change God’s cal-
endar. God has his own calendar. Leviticus 23
talks about calendars. It talks about the various
appointments of God and it talks about the
seven (7) feasts, and He talks about the Shabbat.
Now one of the appointments that God has
with the nations is in Jerusalem. I will share
why God chose Jerusalem with you another
time. Jerusalem was actually rst chosen in the
book of Genesis. When it came to Genesis 14,
somebody was met by Abraham. And that’s
Melchizedek. And it was in Jerusalem that he
met him and then when it came to chapter 22,
God asked him to go and sacri ce Isaac on the
group of mountains of Moriah, and that’s the
place. That’s exactly what we are talking about
here.
It’s not about land. It’s about a particular
altar. We want to pray that God’s counsel over
Jerusalem and over Israel will stand.
That’s a very simple prayer but it’s very
very serious. That’s the rst part.
Second part of that prayer is that God will
give Israel and the Jews His own strategy. And
the ‘b’ part of that second prayer is “give the
Arabs your strategy.” Let me explain that.
According to Isaiah 19: 19-25, the reason
why you see these three being persecuted; the
Jews, the Africans and the Assyrians among
the Arabs is because they are supposed to be a
blessing in the earth.

out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will
come into Egypt and the Egyptian into Assyr-
ia; and the Egyptians will worship [the Lord]
with the Assyrians.

Do you see why there is the ght? Because
if the three come together, blessing will come
on the earth, but the devil doesn’t want the
blessing. A blessing on the earth! And since the
dragon doesn’t want that, He wants to ght that.
That’s why world leaders can continue with the
peace process but negotiations alone will not
solve it. PLEASE I am not saying don’t negoti-
ate. You can negotiate but anything trying to
go anyway other than the way of God will not
succeed.
So we are praying that God’s Counsel and
Will over Israel and the Jews will stand. No
other counsel of man, no counsel of nations will
stand.
Beyond even what you are seeing con-
cerning France and America, there are a lot of
things like Senegal. Do you see why they used
Senegal? Because of Africa, I just showed you.
Senegal, New Zealand, England, there are so
many things I can’t go into.
Number two we are praying that God will
give Israel and the Jews and the Arabs His
strategy. Some of you might not understand that
but we prayed that kind of prayer twice already.
That’s what within 24 hours ended the challenge
in 1991, in terms of operation Desert Storm. I
won’t go into details on that. When it came also
to the elections in Ghana, with the tension, it
was a similar prayer. I won’t go into details on
that.
Lam 3:37 AMP Who is he who speaks and
it comes to pass, if the Lord (Yahweh) has not
authorized and commanded it?
Let nothing that any man has said concern-
ing Israel, concerning the Jews come to pass.
Let it not be established in the name of The
Lord Jesus. We declare from this day that these
ones will become an example of what you can
do with men around the world, and you will do
for Israel what has always been in your heart.

5 For I, says the Lord, will be to her a wall
of re round about, and I will be the glory in the
midst of her.
6 Ho! ho! [Hear and] ee from the land
of the north, says the Lord, and from the four

of God’s eye. Surround them with your re as a
wall from this day.
And we declare more than ever before, that
as your counsel and your will only stands over
them, so shall it be that you shall give Israel
your strategy. We use your son here as a point
of contact for the prime minister—Benjamin
Netanyahu. We ask for wisdom for him, that
he will take the right decisions, that he will not
be pressured into doing anything by any man
other than what you want. In the name of The
Lord Jesus. We declare from this day also that
God, you will arise and your enemies will be
scattered, you will arise and your foes will ee
before you. As smoke that is driven before the
wind so blow them away. As wax that melts
before the re so let the wicked perish in your
presence. We give you praise and we give you
glory because we know you will give them
the strategy, and you will give the Arabs the
strategy that will bring your prophecies to pass,
not man’s will because the United Nations has
ended up with the corruption of man. But let
the counsel of The Lord be released through the
strategy that you will give all sides. In the name

And to think that it was before the second
intifada (September 2000 – February 8, 2005)
that we were privileged to do the lighting of
the candles with the current Prime minister of
Israel and his representative today again. Then
it was in Israel, today it’s in Ghana. God has a
purpose, because he wants to release things at
unprecedented levels tonight.
