AFFIDAVIT

I, Cathy Cat C. Catniss, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

#123 Barangay Kias, Baguio City, after being duly sworn according to
law, hereby depose and state that:

1) I am writing this affidavit on the property covered by Tax

Declaration __________________. Which covers a property
considered as Townsite reservation so proclaimed under
Chapter XI Title V of C.A. 141 or the Public Land Act as
Amended, containing an area of 150 square meters.

2) That the applicant is the owner of the land by virtue of

possession in accordance with Section 14 of PD 1529,
together with the building and improvements thereon. The
said land, consisting of one (1) parcel, containing of a
humble bungalow with fences; and has been through
subsequent years been improving said structure into a two-
storey building, is situated, bounded and described as
shown on the plan and technical descriptions attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

3) That the applicant has acquired said land in the following

manner: by her having been in open, continuous, exclusive
and notorious possession and occupation of alienable and
disposable lands of the public domain under a bona fide
claim of ownership since June 12, 1945, or earlier

4) That affiant is in actual residence of the above mentioned

lot since January 1945 and has enjoyed continuous and
uninterrupted possession under a bona fide claim of
ownership.

 5) That to the best of my knowledge and belief, there is no
mortgage or encumbrance of any kind whatsoever affecting
said land, nor any other person having any interest therein,
legal or equitable, or in possession.

6) That the applicant's full name, age, citizenship, residence,

are as follows: CATHY CAT C. CATNISS, years old, Filipino,
residing at No. 123 Barangay Kias Baguio City.

7) I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to

the truthfulness and veracity of the foregoing allegations
and for the purposes of applying for an Original Certificate
of Title under my name.
