Roles and Responsibilities

 Involved in code deployment from one environment to other environment and


configuration of Data stores with specified TNS entries in any applications.
 Extensively used incident management to track all types of severity tickets raised by the
customers with in the SLA time provided by the client.
 Involved on different service requests raised by the client in all the Dev/test/prod
environments
 Involved on monitoring the servers for memory usage to alert when required and the
usage is high.
 Involved in user creation for production with Windows AD authentication on SSO users.
 Working on minor enhancements for BO when required for the client at a particular
application
 Support the universe, Info view, and crystal reports used to resolve any issues faced by
