1 Coverage Test

1) The criteria of coverage test for isolated sites can be applied by rural standard for 2G RX_Level
and 3G RSCP (95% samples>-104 dbm)
2) If the coverage in some roads is blocked by mountain/hills which the coverage test didn’t pass
the criteria, it should be justified and agreed as per the justification stated in the “comment
column” and accepted by ET.

2. The OSS KPIs are applicable when the counters are more than 500 in busy hour.
3. If the optimized value doesn’t reach the threshold value, it should be justified and agreed as per the
justification (e.g. coverage, traffic model, etc.) stated in the “comment column” and accepted by ET.
4. Both day busy hour and night busy hour OSS KPI will be put in the above table. The day busy hour is
used for acceptance. The night busy hour is used for optimization reference.
