HYDRAULIC SYSTEM APPLICATION: HYDRAULIC LIFT TABLES

Hydraulics system assures lifting, keeping position and

descending of the lift table. Different types of cylinders
can be used and wide range of the additional equipment
is possible. Hermetically closed shut-off valves keep
upper position and flow dividers are used when parallel
cylinder actuation is to be assured by hydraulic system.

Technical data:
- Gear pump to 100l/min, pressure to 250 bar.
- Single or double acting cylinders.
- AC motor, 230/400 AC.
- DC motor, 12 V DC, 24 V DC, to 2kW.
- Tank volume to 400 l.
- Different mounting positions (vertical, horizontal) and

Most widely used hydraulic system functions are band

saw blade stretching and guidance, blade feed, fore
cutter operation and log handling (loading, turning,
clamping). Normal additional functions of hydraulic
system are pressure control and pump by-pass.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM APPLICATION: WOOD PRESSES

Hydraulic system allows one or two automatically

switched cylinder speed levels; quick cylinder stroke at
low pressure and high-pressure wood compression at
low cylinder speed. Hermetically closed shut-off valves
assure cylinder position and force during machine work
cycle. Cylinder force is set by pressure control valve.
