Trouble Shooting:

The following two common measures can be applied in most of the problem scenario.

1. STB Power Cycle:


STB power cycling means removing the main supply cord from the socket and reinserting it after
few seconds.

2. Factory Default:
This will reset all settings back to factory setup status, deleting all channels and user settings e.g
Favorite Channel List, Language Setting, Audio Setting thus restoring factory setup and
troubleshoot any problem may cause due to user settings. Default password is 000
