NY0951353 Inside Sales Rep-OD JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2 or more years demonstrated
successful sales or small business ownership experience. Excellent call handling, objection handling and closing skills.

in lieu of education. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent call handling and

NY0951945 Outbound Supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS: AAS Degree (BA/BS preferred) and
a minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1
year of previous sales supervisor experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment is ideal. Demonstrated business
communications skills including, but not limited to, preparing reports, speaking before groups of people, negotiations.
Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to coach, train and develop successful sales people. Predictive dialer
experience is a plus. Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work a non-standard work
schedule, if necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Word, and Excel. *Background &
Drug Screening required.

NY0951353 Inside Sales Rep


Location: Pittsford. The Inside Sales Representative sets appointments for the Concentrix Business Development and Sales
teams. Working from lists that we provide you will call executives in targeted companies to profile and set a call back
appointment. Inside Sales Representatives will have a commission plan that rewards hard work and activity.
Requirements: Motivation to make money; Persistence; Fearlessness; Quick learner; Self-Direction;
Stamina - you will need to make 175-200 phone calls a day; and, CLOSER! Get at least 1 appointment a day.
Preferred Background: Good communication skills; Successful call center/telemarketing experience; and,
Good PC Skills.
