At the end of the year, it is mandated to submit an accomplishment
report, to evaluate the achievements and performance of each teachers and students. It is
important to measure the accomplishment in order to improve the level of performance
from good, better, and excellent. As the effort increases, unproductivity decreases and
results to greater accomplishment and achievements.
