REQUESTING TO CONDUCT AN EDUCATIONAL VISIT

As part of our effort to motivate the Year 6 students of SK LKTP Ulu Penggeli to succeed
in the upcoming UPSR examination, we would like to request an educational visit to your
faculty. This is with an objective of giving them an insight towards the lifestyle of
university students. Likewise, we would like them to get acquainted with the exposure
towards fashion and designs for a simultaneous motivation and to explore their creativity
in new, fun and structural context.

In connection with this, we would like to request your permission to allow us to

conduct an educational visit and have a briefing regarding the arts and fashion design
from your lecturers. We would like the students to be able to gain better understanding of
the passion and enthusiasts behind each creative idea poured through the effort. If
permitted, the group composed of 15 students and 15 teachers would like to visit the
faculty on July 27-29, 2017.

Apart of the visit, we would also like to request your consideration for
accommodation in the University compound. Our coordinators, Mr. Mohamad Jamil bin
Hj. Ladisma (0136429191) or Mr. Hairul Azuan bin Ahdan (017-3840490) are available
throughout working hours for further arrangement regarding the accommodation and
other specification needed by your party.
