Summary of Qualification

With extensive international project experiences in Telecommunication GSM Wireless Network infrastructures project such
as Greenfield, Rooftop and In-building solution on the following operators and vendors, Roshan Telecom, Paktel, MTN,
Digicel and Ericsson, Nokia Network Siemens, Huawei for the following field experience; Site Technical Survey (TSS),
Site Acquisition, Site Build Supervision, Site Inspection and Auditing, Civil Works Quality Control (QC) and Quality
Assurance (QA), Tower Warehousing, Project Management in Network Rollout & Expansion and Project Planning and
Scheduling.
Aside in telecommunication infrastructure project, OSP, High Voltage Power Transmission Line and Solar infrastructure
and installation project are also part of my field knowledge that I gained during my previous field involvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Full time on site QEHS supervision on construction and erection of GMT, SST
and Mono Pole sites, as well as tower rectification works.
 Ensure erection installation procedure are based on given Standard Operating
Procedure and contractor / workers comply EHS rules and requirement
specially workers PPE, EHS site warning signage and other requirements
 Conduct daily tool box meeting, daily checking of site EHS documents such as
Safety equipment checklist, Health Check List with corresponding daily photos
to upload in data base (ISDP).

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Re-activate previously acquired candidate to match the client network plan
coordinates. Re-activate existing (SAR) Site Acquisition Report for client
submission.
 Perform site hunting for the new sites and re-hunting on those sites not match
on client network plan.
 Supervise / monitor site hunters performance on acquiring new sites based on
the recommended search ring, evaluate and validate SAR submitted/prepared
by hunters to classify priority candidate or option for client submission.
 Coordinate to client RF and TX planer representative any site hunting issue
encountered at site to adjust the recommended search ring or for re-engineering
especially nominals falls on congested areas.
 Coordinate with legal team on the process to secure land ownership documents
application as well as the changes in land ownership name, lease area
renegotiation for re-issuance of new lease agreement, lease contract
registration also with TSS team for any changes in lease area, lease amount,

 Conduct actual site hunting on some sites to assist hunters to acquire candidate.

 Prepare High Rental Request for those sites whose lease amount more than the
requirement for client approval.
 Prepare Justification report for those non acquirable sites,
 Perform payment to landlord for the advance lease payment.

if it is within the required criteria as well as the ownership legal documents and

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Prepare project plan and schedule base on the timeline required by client.
 Conduct pre-evaluation for qualified subcontractors for final selection.
 Supervise sub-contractors performed the Technical Site Survey on identified
sites given by client for refurbishment works.
 Evaluate subcontractor technical site survey report and site drawings to ensure
all required refurbish item identified on the BOQ and project cost.
 Assist procurement department to evaluate bidding cost submitted by
subcontractor to award the project on qualified lowest bidder base on the
clustered sites per region.
 Conduct weekly meeting on subcontractor to monitor the site progress activity
within the given time line
 Supervising site engineers designated to each region and monitored
subcontractors performed the refurbishment works.
 Monitor materials supplied by subcontractor and works is according to client
plan and specification.

be one of the BTS, Link and Repeater sites.
 Check and evaluate technical site survey report submitted by sub-contractors in

criteria sets for Greenfield and Rooftop sites.
 Prepare final technical site survey and evaluation report for client approval.
 Conduct site quality audit on completed sites in preparation for site acceptance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Reports directly to the Civil Works Manager on a day to day base on project
related issues and are mainly responsible for sufficient monitoring and
inspection of the construction work on the field to ensure that the construction
services are carried through and within Ericsson’s standards of quality leading
to ensure that the site acceptance is carried out within the allocated time scale
and budget.
 Develop and maintain a strong relationship with both internal engineering staff
and service providers in order to achieve an effective management of the
inspection activities.
 Co-ordinate the activities of site inspectors, who will represent the project
organization on the field.
 Issue Progress reports regarding site construction quality and performance of
the service providers.
 Ensure implementation of the project health and safety plan are implemented.
 Compile and maintain a documented record of the sites ready for radio
equipment installation.
 Provision acceptance inspection of the sites in conjunction with the installation
engineer and Civil Works contractors.
 Issue lists of outstanding items together with plans of action. Arrange final site
inspection.
 Prepare and upload daily progress report on Ericsson Database (site handler).
 Issue completion certificates on completed sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Quality assurance of contractors of civil and construction works.
 Inspect and assess the quality and workmanship of contractors and staff in
preparing existing and new sites, ready for equipment installation.
 Inspect and assess staff in installation technique and general quality of
installation workmanship for new equipment and Hardware Acceptance Test
 Responsible for the site preliminary and final inspection.
 Work area conducted around Central Region of Pakistan and Lahore.
 Report to the project manager any consistencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Site Engineer:
 Responsible for the monitoring and coordination of contractor’s
performing the civil works of new GSM cell sites such as construction
and installation of self-supporting or guyed towers, shelters and other
GSM facilities.
 Conduct final inspection of completed sites to insure all works is carried
out in accordance with the project plans and specification.
 Report to Deployment Director and Project Manager at all times for the
development of project.

B. Maintenance Engineer:
 Responsible for the monitoring and coordination of contractors and suppliers
performing the operation and maintenance of Generators, Air Condition,
suppliers of consumable spare parts and new equipment.
 Prepare monthly preventive maintenance and refueling schedule of all
equipment for all sites and other facilities includes monthly reports for fuel
consumption and other consumable materials.
 Evaluates contractors and supplier proposed quotation, billing and invoices.
 Prepare monthly inventory report of equipment purchased and delivered by
the supplier base on the approved purchase order.
 Conduct test and commissioning of newly purchased equipment.
 Report to Deployment Director at all times for the development of the
operation and maintenance of the equipment.

 Conduct joint Technical Site Survey with LOS and RNE in every candidate
sites selected by site acquisitions agent for the evaluation of any work variation
involved and topographic plan base on the typical site price template.
 Supervises and monitoring sub-contractor performing the civil works, such as
construction and erection of 4-legged self-support towers and other facilities
(Green Field and Roof Top Sites) to ensure all works is carried out in
accordance with the client project plan and specification.
 Conduct close monitoring of site construction schedule specifically for the
target date of telecom installation, site on air and project completion with the
allowed schedule.
 Prepare site redline drawing in preparation for as-built drawings.
 Attend and facilitate materials testing requirements of the client to promote
quality assurance.
 Assist sub-contractor facilitating application of permanent commercial power
and application of occupancy permit.
 Conduct quantity survey with the client representative for the actual quantity or
variation item of the constructed sites.
 Coordinate with the client representative any development of the project.
 Coordinate with project engineer in resolving problems encountered by sub-

Municipalities consisting of (37) Barangay and (88) allocated PV system.

and final sag.
 Monitoring of materials tools and equipment in warehouse and motor pool and
scheduling of equipment assignment.
