Job Title Mechanical Engineer

Job Scopes
 Ensure service and project planned accordingly and on time delivery
 Provide excellence, reliable and trusted service to meet customer expectation
 Feedback valuable market information and customer needs for continued improvement

Main Responsibilities

1. Work closely with customer and other related parties to ensure the service and project
schedule executed on time.
2. Provide technical support to assist Sales in the tendering process.
3. Review and verify the sale/job order to ensure product to be supplied comply with
customer requirements including drawing.
4. With adequate preparation and arrangement of manpower, material, transportation and other
necessities to ensure effectiveness and smoothness of the service work.
5. Perform pre-delivery testing and inspection to ensure the quality, quantity and correct
product/parts being supplied and comply with customer orders and requirements.
6. To discuss with the customer’s representative on the site work process and schedule to be
carried out to ensure the representative accept any disturbance occurred in the mill operation
before commencing service works.
7. Attend customer meetings for the work progress reporting.
8. To organize and arrange with customer for the success of the testing and commissioning
of the product installed; include providing handling of product training to the customer.
9. Ensure work carries out comply with safety regulation and requirement, or as instructed by
the customer.
10. Ensure fast respond to customer’s urgent request or issues with adequate actions taken.
11. Ensure customer’s feedback/complaints with adequate action taken within agreed time
frame.
12. Provide technical support to assist customers on product knowledge and troubleshooting.
13. Submit the customer service report (Work Order Report) with each service work completed
and shall be signed and agreed by the customer’s representative.
14. Prepare and submit “detailed service report” to the customer as required upon completion
of major service works.
15. Feedback to the customer on any miss handling issue by the customer’s worker on our
product during site service work, and shall be reported in the service report.
16. Compile and list out market information and customer needs or problem faced for monthly
review and improvement.
17. Regularly reviewing and updating to ensure the product manual book is up-to-date.

 Ensure job order for customer service and/or installation project completed within schedule.
 Ensure work and task assigned perform according to requirements
 Feedback relevant site problems to superior for improvement

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure work order/job order assigned to deliver according to customer requirements and
completed within the time schedule.
2. Assist Superior in the service schedule preparation and arrangement to ensure
effectiveness and smoothness of the service work.
3. Perform site servicing, installation, fitting, testing and commissioning, according to work
standard.
4. Carry out product fabrication & assembly as per assigned by Superior for the job order
preparation.
5. Provide technical support on troubleshooting and repairing upon request by customer.
6. Update site daily work status and progress to Superior include problems or issues arise or
found during site service.
7. Work carries out to be complied with safety regulation and requirement, or as instructed by
the customer.
8. Assist Engineer at site to speed up the testing and commissioning process.
9. Record and submit customer feedback/complaints to Superior for further actions.
10. Keep company vehicle well maintained and cleaned all the times.
11. Ensure tools and equipment for servicing available and always in good condition.
12. Carry out stock count before and after for each job order and submit the stock count record.
13. Submit relevant service and installation report to the customer for each job order.
