ARTICLE 1

NAME
Section 1: This organization shall be known as “ABSLCI Alumni association”.
ARTICLE 2
LOCATION OF ORGANIZATION
Section 2: This organization is located within the campus of

ARTICLE 3
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTIVES
Section 3: This ABSLCI Alumni association is an _____________ organization of
_____________________________ to guide students/members towards the attainment of
intellectual excellence which includes the development of leadership skills, spiritual
development and social concern.
Section 4: This organization will focus its activities within academic context and full
development of humanity.
Section 5: The organization recognizes its vital role in social and historical development.
Section 6: The ABSLCI Alumni association shall develop the talents and maximize the
potentials of its members.

ARTICLE 3
MEMBERSHIP
Section 7: The bona fide students of _____________________ who are
__________________ are obliged to be a member.
Section 8: All members are required to submit the following requirements:
*1 pc. 2 x 2 ID picture
*1 pc. Bio-data
Section 9: All members are required to pay ₱ _______________ which is the membership
fee and monthly due amounting to ₱ ____________.

ARTICLE 4
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP
Section 10: Membership may be terminated on any of the following grounds:

Section 11: Membership shall be suspended on any of the following reasons:
A. Violation of the rules of the organization.
B. Lack of requisites for membership as provided for in Article Hereof.
C. Any other reasons which the organization deems sufficient for the suspension
of membership with an opportunity to Notice and Hearing.
Section 12: A. A suspended member may be reinstated as a regular member upon compliance
of the following requisites.
B. Completion of the essential requirements for membership as required in Article
3.

Section 13: The ABSLCI Alumni association shall have the following sets of officers:
A. President
B. Vice – President
C. Secretary
D. Treasurer
E. Auditor
F. PIO
G. 2 Business Managers
H. 2 Representative per year level
I. Muse
J. Adonis

ARTICLE 6
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICERS
Section 14: The following states the duties and responsibilities of the officers.

The President shall:


A. Lead the entire organization with its Professional adviser.
B. Be a representative of the organization in any meeting and gathering required by the
college and by the university.
C. Implement the rules and regulations of the organization.
D. Preside in all regular, special or emergency meetings in matter concerning decision
and policy – making.
E. Sign and approve pertinent documents that pertain to the organization.
F. Have the authority for the proper administration of properties of the organization.
G. Create committees and appoint members thereof as he/she deems necessary and
prescribe other duties to other officers and members.
The Vice – President shall:
A. Assume all powers and functions of the president in case of absence and
B. Perform any duty assigned to him/her by the president.
The Secretary shall:
A. Take the minutes of every meetings whether regular or emergency.
B. Keep an accurate record of members, accomplishments, and activities; and
C. Perform other duties assigned to him/ her by the officers.
The treasurer shall:
A. Handle the organization’s finances, expenses receipts, and liquidations; and
B. Submit and report financial records three weeks before the semester ends.
The auditor shall:
A. Audit the records of finance releases, liquidation, and other forms of financial reports.
The PIO shall:
A. Take charge of all press releases, official dissemination of information and all
publicity pertaining to the activities of the organization.
The business managers shall:
A. See to it that all materials needed in all activities are available.
B. Update the treasurer and the president of the materials needed to be purchased for a
certain activity and
C. Make use wisely the organization’s resources and finances.
The Muse and Adonis shall:
A. Represent the organization to any socio-cultural activities such as beauty and dance
contest.

This Constitution and Bylaw is prepared by the ABSLCI Alumni association officers on January
2018. This is subjected to change and for revision with the set of officers in an assembly without
any prior notice.
