 -Making sketch of user interface.
 -Designing user interface.
 -Finding out tables and relations among them using ERD.
 -Finally implementing database.

 -Making different accounts for user and setting authorities.

A. CURRENT STATUS

Accomplishments

 Designing UI :
Made a rough sketch of UI. Created UI, different from system which already exist
Complete PHP Tutorials is practiced.

 Implementation of database:
Finding out tables and relationship among them which will be used in our database. We have used
MySQL for creating database. MySQl is an open-source relational database management system. MySQL is one
of the best platform used for developing databases and an easy to use tool.

 Integrating UI with database :

Successfully integrated UI with database, all the changes made on website like storing of files and deletion of
files can easily be seen in the database.
 Problem Areas (Challenges):
- Security
- Introducing digital signature on website
.

B. ISSUES

Technical Issues
It was discussed in project meeting to use SharePoint to develop this project but after complete research and
under the supervision of project internal it was finalized to use PHP . By using SharePoint we cannot
customize according to the needs and requirements of NEDUET working body.

Management Issues:
No issues so far .
