Introduction
Based on the novel that I have studied Captain Nobody written by
Dean Pitchford, there is a character who is brave. The character is Newton
Newman. Below are the reasons to support my choice.

Paragraph 2:
First and foremost, Newton had shown that he is a brave boy when he
climbed the Dumpster to get the bass drum for his best friend, Cecil. For
instance, even though he was afraid of heights he decided to fulfil his friend’s
wish although it was difficult for him. He knew that Cecil wanted to have the
drum very much. On my opinion, Newt had successfully confronted his fear to
do the right thing here which is helping his friend. If I were Newt, I would do
the same thing to make my friends feel happy.
Paragraph 3: page 146-159
Next, I could see that Newton is brave when he climbed the
Appleton water tower to save Reggie Ratner. Newton knew the truth that it
was not Reggie Ratner who knocked his brother down during the Big Games. It
was Darryl Peeps who did. So, when he was told that Reggie Ratner wanted to
commit suicide

Paragraph 4:
Finally, Newton had proven that he is brave when he chased
Ferocious the ferret on the highway.
