The unit has obtained consent of the Board vide proceedings dated 10.01.2013
valid till 31.03.2013.
The unit has applied for renewal of consent through online on 09.05.2016
During inspection the following observations were made
1.The unit was in operation.
2.The unit is involved in manufacturing plastic components using virgin plastics.
3.The unit has 2 moulding machines and 1 shredding machine at the premises.
4.The unit shreds the plastic components which are not properly moulder and
reuses it for making products.
5.No process emission is let from the premises
6.No trade effluent is generated from the unit
7.The sewage generated from the premises is let out into CMWSSB sewer line.
8.The unit has to remit consent fees as follows
i)2013-2015 – Rs. 6000
ii)2015-2017 – Rs. 6000
Total : Rs. 12000
The unit has remitted consent fees as follows
i)Cr.No. 13255 dated 16.05.2014- Rs. 8250
ii)Cr.No. 10375 dated 03.05.2016- Rs. 8310
Total consent fees remitted is Rs. 16560. The unit has remitted Rs. 4560 in excess
valid till 31.12.2017
25. Specific recommendations on the issue of consent under Water (P & CP) Act, 1974 as
amended and Air (P & CP) Act, 1981 as amended.
Issue of renewal of consent may be considered subject to the following conditions
Water Act:
1.The unit shall not generate trade effluent at any stage of the manufacturing
process.
2.The unit shall ensure that the sewage let out into CMWSSB sewer shall satisfy
the standards prescribed by the Board
3.The unit shall comply with the provisions of the Plastic Waste (Management and
Handling) Rules, 2011.
4. The unit shall not utilise PVC as raw materials for the production process.
Air Act:
1.The unit shall adhere to the AAQ/Emission/ANL standards prescribed by the
Board.
2. The unit shall not utilise PVC as raw materials for the production process.
