Warm Greetings!

Our Third year students of Bachelor in Secondary Education will be doing their
Field Study 5 (Application of Assessment of Learning) and Field Study 6 (Alternative
Assessment Tool) this semester.

The students are required to spend 34 hours of observation which provides

opportunity to know the levels of each student and learn different assessment strategies
applied to the teaching-learning process.

In view of this, we would like to seek for your approval for our students to be
accommodated for observation at Paharang National High School, Paharang,
Batangas City headed by Mr. Reymundo Guno, the School Principal.

Your approval of our request will greatly help our school in preparing pool of
