Contain a thin-film, thermally isolated bridge structure that consisting of heater and temperature sensing elements. This microbridge structure provides a sensitive and fast response to the flow, amount and direction
of air or other gas over the chip and provides a proportional output voltage. State-of-the-art chip design and manufacturing techniques allow the microbridge to be remarkably sensitive, fast and small. Amplified

LINEAR CURRENT SENSORS

MICRO SWITCH™ CS series linear current sensors incorporate our 91SS12-2 and SS94A1 linear output Hall effect transducer (LOHET™). The sensing element is assembled in a printed circuit board mountable
housing. This housing is available in four configuration as shown in mounting dimension figures 1, 1a, 2 and 2a. Normal mounting is with 0.375 inch long 4-40 screw and square nut (not provided) inserted in the
housing or a 6-20 self-tapping screw. The combination of the sensor, flux collector, and housing comprises the holder assembly. These sensors are ratiometric.

ACTIVE CURRENT SENSORS FOR MAXIMUM ACCURACY

Vacuumschmelze (VAC) Current Sensors utilize amorphous field detector technology which makes the sensor more accurate and also improves linear performance with changes in temperature. The main function of the Current Sensors
from VAC is measuring currents from DC up to high frequencies (approximately 200kHz). These sensors contain a galvanic separation between the primary circuit and the output signal (e.g. according to EN 50178 or EN 61800) and typical
currents range from a few amperes up to several hundred amperes full range. Some sensor types can measure more than 1000 ampere peak current. The accuracy of the VAC current sensors lies in the range of <1% of the nominal
current. The VAC-invented measuring principle of the closed-loop sensor with magnetic probe as zero field detector is distinguished by maximum precision of the current detection. The detected currents range from 6 Arms to 700 Arms.

technology to reduce errors. Output changes due to temperature, warm-up stability, long-term stability, and position sensitivity are all significantly reduced when compared to conventional compensation methods. These sensors are

PIEZORESISTIVE SILICON SENSORS

Contain sensing elements that consist of four piezoresistors buried in the face of a thin, chemically-etched silicon diaphragm. A pressure change causes the diaphragm to flex, inducing a stress in the diaphragm and the buried resistors.
The resistor values change in proportion to the stress applied and produce an electrical output. These sensors are small, low cost and reliable. They feature excellent repeatability, high accuracy and reliability under varying environmental
conditions. In addition, they feature highly consistent operating characteristics from one sensor to the next, and interchangeability without recalibration.
