TO ORDER THE HONORABLE PROSECUTOR TO
CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION ON WHETHER THERE IS
COLLUSION BETWEEN THE PARTIES

COMES NOW the Plaintiff by the undersigned Attorney and to the

Honorable Court, most respectfully asseverates that:

1. In compliance with the Order of the Honorable Court for service

of summons by publication on the defendant, herewith
appended is a copy of the “The Panay Bulletin” May 5, 2014
issue together with the Affidavit of even date of its Publisher.
2. No Answer was filed by the defendant;
3. The case can now push ahead with a determination of no
collusion between the parties by the Honorable Investigating
Prosecutor.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed
of the Honorable Court that it will issue an Order DIRECTING the
Honorable Prosecutor to conduct an investigation relative to the
determination of whether collusion exists between the parties.
