technology based taxi management company recently(6 months) operated in
kathmandu valley. The main objective of this company is to provide the hassle free taxi
ride inside ring road and to charge according to the government approved meter. Some

As Sarathi is just a startup company so its unable to access the annual report of the
company. Sarathi has been operating its service from last 6 month and its business
model is working good. All the staff and stakeholders are committed to follow the
mission and to achieve the vision of the company.Recently the company is focus on the
customer satisfaction rather than the increase in the revenue and the profit. Gradually
the number of taxis are increasing and the revenue is also growing slowly.
With the growing use of the IT and change in the society and the culture Sarathi can
obviously can increase the revenue and the profit. Being a online system Sarathi is pour
