RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ______________________________, of legal age and with postal address

at ____________________________________, an employee of HOWARD TOWER
Condomonium Corporation, after being duly sworn in accordance with law hereby
depose and state, THAT:

I have remised, released and forever discharged and by these presents do, for
myself, my heirs, successors and assigns remise, release and forever and irrevocably
discharge the said HOWARD TOWER Condominium Corporation and its agents,
successors, assigns, officers and employees from any and all manner of actions, cause or
causes of actions, sum or sums of money, accounts, damages, claims and demands
whatsoever, in law or equity against the said HOWARD TOWER Condominium
Corporation I ever had, now have or which I, my heirs, successors and assigns hereafter
can shall or may have upon or by reason of any matter, cause or things whatsoever up to
the time of these presents; the intention hereof being to completely and finally release
said HOWARD TOWER Condominium Corporation, its officers and agents, successors
and assigns from all liabilities arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly from my
employment with the said company.

I freely declare that during the entire period of my employment with HOWARD
TOWER Condominium Corporation, I received and was paid any and all compensations,
benefits and privileges to which I was entitled under all laws by reasons of such
employment, that I have never been sick nor have I met any accident causing disability
while at work.

I further declare that I will not disclose, divulge and reveal any informations, data,
paper and documents pertaining to or relative to all and any transactions or matters
entered into by the company with its clients and by which I became aware of or have
knowledge about, and whenever by my acts, omissions or negligence such disclosures or
revelations will arise or happen. I bind myself to answer for any liabilities or damages
thereby caused to the company including the latter’s right to sue me in any court of law
or equity.

I finally declare that I have read this document before signing it and the release
and quitclaim hereby given is made willingly and voluntarily and with full knowledge of
my rights under the law.
