Forthe purpose of this Ethiopian Standard, the adopted text shall be modified as follows. * The phrase “International Standard” shall be read as “Ethiopian Standard”; and * Afull stop (.) shall substitute comma (,) as decimal marker.ES 1SO 20128:2012 Introduction Because of the large varioty of fermented and non-formented mills, this method may not be appropriate in every detail for certain products. This could be the case where the number of presumptive Laciobecillus acidophilus is very much lower than the number of other microorganisms such a8 Lactobacilus rhamnosus, Lactobacius reuten, Lactobacilies plantarum, Lactobacitus helveticus and yeasts.
