Attached herein is the draft for the Contract of Lease for this cellsite.

(a) As per TCT the registered owner is the son Florencio Jose Sanchez Fianza III, revised the name of
the LESSOR portion of the contract.
(b) Revised as what is seen in the TCT name of the owner Florencio Jose Sanchez Fianza III as
represented by Pamela S. Fianza
(c) ENYA ENTERPRISES – As per the husband Mr. Eddy Fianza, the company is owned only by her
wife and not by anyone else. They also get to decide where they want the payment for the lease to be
under the name of his wife’s company. They have been receiving payments from globe for the same
lease contract so they want to keep it the same way
(d) Included TCT details in the property particulars
(e) As per husband/father Eddy Fianza they don’t have any Judicial Declaration confirming authority of
Ms. Pamela to represent her son, because no one will contest their legitimacy as Florencio’s parents
and under the law the presumption of parents being the legal guardian of the minor and will only be
proven if contested which he doubts someone will question such.
(f) Globes leased premises is located on the said building

(g) The Tax Declarations provided by the city treasurer of Taguig was incorrect typographical error as
per the husband and will provide the updated correct one for the year 2018 once available
They are the absolute owner of the building as per Eddy Fianza the father of the owner and husband
of the legal representative of the minor

Furthermore, this is a SWAT cellsite that has been installed and operational since 2016 and the LESSOR is
already getting irritated and impatient with all our questions with them.
