CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT FOR DEFINITE PERIOD

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract made and entered by and between:

4. That the SECOND PARTY agrees to abide by the established working hours of the FIRST PARTY and
to strictly observe its rules, regulations and policies;

5. That the FIRST PARTY may terminate the service/employment of the SECOND PARTY in accordance
with its rules and regulations and/or pursuant to law and similarly, the SECOND PARTY may terminate this
contract for the cause pursuant to law or for any violation of the terms and conditions of this contract;

6. That SECOND PARTY agrees that all records and documents of the FIRST PARTY and all information
pertaining to its business affairs are confidential that no unauthorized release, disclosure or reproduction of the same
will be made at any time or after employment with the FIRST PARTY.
