Subject: NO REVISION TO RAJESH SHARMA Vs. STATE OF UP JUDGMENT

We, the members of MyNation Foundation and Save Indian Family

Karnataka with a presence over the internet and social sector for over 12 years
and having more than 10,000 Families registered with us including affected
females (sister’s-in-law, Mother’s-in-law etc.), old aged parents of men and their
sisters. The entire system is working in such a way that as observed by leading
newspaper matrimonial bail industry has Rs.1,00,000 crore business per year
which includes bribe taking by police, fee taken by lawyers, other expenses and
some of the corrupt officials of lower judiciary from registration of FIR to trial and
very interesting to note that as per data of National Crime Record Bureau
acquittal rate in 498a cases is more than 80% across the country. When persons
found innocent by the court of law no provision is there to take action against the
false complainants.

This issue requires urgent intervention of your good self, this being issue of
national importance which is spoiling thousands of families tearing away the
social structure of Indian society gradually to the extent that today rate of
matrimonial disputes increasing by the rate of 25% per years across the country
which is finally converting into financial settlement by way of taking huge
ransom/alimony in cores and divorce. Most pathetic result of this menace is,
ultimate and endless suffering of children coming out of such disputed wed locks,
which putting a big question mark on the future of this country.

There is neither a Penal provision nor any direction from Law makers to
stop this misuse and our earlier petitions made no impact on this abuse of law,
hence we would like to use the opportunity to file petition in front of the
appropriate committee. Most of the members are falsely accused with false
complaints in the hands of their wives/relatives. This problemcan only be
addressed by putting strong provision for deterring false complainants and equal
treatment before the, beyond the gender.

Therefore, on behalf of all the suffered, suffering and prospective sufferer

brothers and sisters of this country, I request you to review our petition and help
us to stop this legal harassment of innocents and bring some law which ensure
equality beyond gender in letter and spirit of constitution of India and no one who
is/are at fault, able to escape from the clutches of law. For this purpose, this
foundation has attempted a petition for consideration and acceptance for your
good self with further request to forward after dully endorsing this issue to the
Honorable President/Vice President of India for amending 498a or making any
suitable gender-neutral law in this regard to save Indian families and its social
fabric and sacred relationship structure. This Rajesh Sharma judgment is some
relief to all those who are victimized and falsely harassed with 498A and only
way to reduce misuse of said 498a IPC, we hereby request you not to dilute or
Revise this Landmark Judgment.
