I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to;
A. Define what a computer is.
B. Identify the components of a computer
C. Differentiate input devices and output devices.
Another component of a
computer is the storage. Storage has
two types; the Primary storage and
the secondary storage. The primary
storage is the main storage of the
computer. It is where we store files
like documents, pictures and videos.
An example of primary storage
is the Hard-Disk Drive (HDD). The
secondary storage is used for making
back-ups of important documents,
programs and other files. Examples
of this are the CD and DVD.
Both of this are used to save
data, program settings, or outputs for
future use.

performs a set of tasks.
